The grass finished wagyu bavette is a favorite cut for professional and home chefs!
Similar in texture to a skirt steak but on a higher level! It is larger and thicker aka meatier than a skirt or flank steak.
It is a great option for grilling to use a stand alone steak or ramped up fajita.
